I drink mostly only water at the moment sometimes ill only have two small meals, i workout for 65 minutes a day at the gymn on a ski machine thingy, Burning about 1000 calories (alot of the times its less, but ive been pushing alot)
I have until august 25th to get from 250 pounds (Take away the 18 pounds from that and thats how much i have to go) to at least 215 and im about over 6 foot, a guy, and quite muscley
Any ideas?
